Roaming Roots Plant Company LLC is a mobile plant shop serving communities throughout New Jersey. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have kept it short and in plain language on purpose.

The short version

We collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only to answer you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the Request a Booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the details you share about your event: the event type, your preferred date, the location, an estimated guest count, whether it is indoor or outdoor, the experiences you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. When you use the Contact form, we collect your name, email address, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Our website host keeps standard server records, such as the internet address a request came from and the time it arrived, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use those records to identify you.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager so we can see which pages people visit. Google Tag Manager may set cookies for that purpose. What those cookies do is described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to plan and quote your event, to answer plant care questions, and to keep our own records of the conversation. That is all. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share it only in these narrow cases:

• With the services that run our website and our email, which handle the message on our behalf.
• If we are legally required to, for example by a valid legal request.
• If the business is ever sold or transferred, in which case your information would move with it and this policy would continue to apply.

How long we keep it

We keep event inquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Write to us at [email protected] and ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. We will respond as quickly as we can. You can also simply stop using the forms, and you can ask us not to contact you again.

Children

This website is meant for adults, and our forms are meant to be filled out by the adult planning an event. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers to host our site and handle our email, and we limit access to what you send us. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send us sensitive information such as payment card or government identification numbers through these forms.

Payments

We do not take payments on this website. Our online shop is not selling yet, and event bookings start as an inquiry rather than a checkout.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
